Turn chaos
to clarity.

Rebecca steers the helm of operations at FMO Media as VP of Ops — with an eagle eye for efficiency and a maestro's touch for digital strategy. She's the backbone of the production and marketing teams, building systems that turn challenges into seamless workflows.

Outside of work, life moves at the rhythm of her husband, two Shiba Inu rescues — Kit and Kuma — and Blu, the cat with eyes as deep as the ocean.

Cale is the person enterprise organizations call when a program has stalled, teams are misaligned, or the strategy everyone agreed on still isn't actionable. He's done that work with PwC, Accenture, Dell, GM, and others — places where the problems were real, the stakes were higher, and the politics weren't included in the SOW.

His operational experience began during eight years in the United States Air Force, where "learn fast, simplify relentlessly, and build on what works" wasn't a framework — it was just Tuesday. He's also a part-time professor at the University of Nebraska Omaha, closing the gap between textbook theory and actual practice since 2010.
