Here's the thing about operations and leadership: nobody talks about them until something breaks. I spent years working inside businesses — watching smart, talented people run themselves into the ground because the infrastructure wasn't there to support their growth.
I've seen businesses spend thousands on marketing for a system that couldn't absorb the leads. I've watched talented teams fall apart because nobody defined who owned what. I've sat across the table from founders who knew exactly what they wanted their business to be — and had no idea why it kept falling short.
The problem was never the marketing.
It was always the readiness.
That realization became my obsession. I started studying the gap — the space between "I know I need to grow" and "I'm actually ready to grow." Most vendors live on one side of that gap. I decided to live in the middle of it.
With an MBA in Organizational Management and over 15 years in marketing operations, I understand both the art and the science of business growth. I've cleaned up chaotic agencies. Built systems from scratch for businesses running entirely on the founder's memory. Helped teams go from "how is nothing working" to genuinely scaling.
My job is to help you stop spiraling and start scaling — with the workflows, systems, and clarity that make space for you to actually lead.
